As concluded by the Chamber of Shipping in its discussions with North West CruiseShip Association, the Pacific Pilotage and BC Coast Pilots, the amendment to the pilotage unit fee and removal of the Seymour Narrows unit charge is now published in the Canada Gazette Part I – April 11, 2009
